Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and research for trending news, ideas and feedback on pricing, promotion, consumer, and competitor
• Contribute to the creation of interesting and engaging content that is aligned with the brand, including EDMs and social media content
• Assist with the planning and hosting of marketing events, such as media invites/tastings/drops, roadshows/pop-up booths, CSR activities, etc.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through online and offline channels, including sales operations support
• Handle customer enquiries online and offline regarding sales, promotions and marketing campaigns
• Assist with daily administrative duties including the coordination of customer orders and deliveries
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers / vendors, partners, and agencies
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course for Marketing / Communications / Brand Management for F&B / FMCG / Hospitality Management or in a similar field
• Adaptable, resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced industry
• Positive, self-motivated, have an eye for details and has outstanding multitasking abilities
• Familiarity in MS Office applications and social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Willing to work in the West area
