MARKETING AND EVENTS INTERNSHIP

Are you passionate about marketing, design, and events? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship? We are seeking a Marketing and Events Intern to join our team at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our program's success by developing marketing content, assisting in visual design, supporting program-related events, and handling logistics and administrative tasks. This internship role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing, design, event management, and administrative tasks within a vibrant entrepreneurial environment.
Scope

• Create engaging and compelling marketing content for both digital and physical channels, including social media posts, emails, flyers, and posters.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that promote our innovation and entrepreneurship programs.

• Assist in the visual design of marketing materials to ensure effective communication of program messages.

• Work with design software and tools to enhance the visual appeal of content.

• Provide support for events related to our programs and marketing initiatives.

• Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

• Help with logistical arrangements for events, including venue setup, materials preparation, and attendee registration.

• Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and email correspondence.

• Support in copywriting and content generation to support our initiatives and events.

Qualification

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Marketing, Communications, Design, or a relevant field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office suite.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, innovation and community related activities.

• We are only able to accept credit-bearing internship of more than 3 months in duration
