Assist the regional sales team and the Group Marketing Manager to research, develop and execute the annual Marketing strategy.
Coordinate with the marketing team, Product Managers, Sales managers and R&D engineers to create marketing tools needed
Translate the commercial strategy into a marketing plan and marketing budget for each business unit that engages target users, grows our distributor base and increases sales.
Manage the new Eshop BtoB website, launched in APAC as a pilot project for the group.
Create, execute and maintain a clear branding strategy, brand identity and key messaging.
Lead all aspects of creation and production of other marketing materials, including but not limited to: websites, social media pages, Apps, trade fairs, videos, sales presentations and advertising. Brief, motivate and manage all external and internal design personnel.
Establish and maintain a database of relevant customers and prospects, consistent with local data protection regulations \xe2\x80\x93 and execute regular content- marketing email campaigns.
Measure and Track the results of each marketing initiative and make effectiveness improvements, where necessary.
Assist the local sales team or Group Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis.
