Job Description

• Salary range $2600 to $3200 (Depend on experience)
• Orchard / 5 days, Office Hours
• AWS and Variable bonus

Responsibilities

• Support the merchandising departments in the creation of effective digital marketing campaigns; to ensure that all departments strictly adhere to company's digital marketing template.
• Work closely with the merchandising departments on the selection of appropriate products / merchandise for advertisements.
• Assist in providing direction to Design House / suppliers / in-house designer for execution of digital marketing jobs.
• Assist in the vetting and supervising all artworks, including suppliers\' advertisement run and marketing collaterals to ensure accuracy of color / information and that supplier adheres to company's template.
• Prepare and maintain social media accounts; e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Provide appropriate response to customers\' enquiries via the social media.
• Co-ordinate with appointed photographer on the selection of models or influencers, hairstylist, make-up artist and fashion stylist to project the right image.
• Assist with the art direction and supervision for photo-shoot and filming.
• Negotiate with suppliers for each project based on given budget.
• Verify suppliers\' quotations and invoices. To ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
• To check with the merchandising departments for any tie-up advertisements.
• Explore the right media for store promotions and events with given budget.
• Conduct market surveys, research trade information and analyze competitors\' digital marketing.
• Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Microsoft knowledge is a must.
• Prior customer service / frontline / retail experience is advantageous.
• Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition.
• One-year experience in marketing, advertising job / environment is highly preferred.
