Manage the company's marketing activities across digital and offline channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns. Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is secure, mobile-friendly, and optimised for customer engagement. Create and publish engaging content such as videos, photos, and posts to strengthen brand visibility. Plan and execute community outreach and promotional activities at transport hubs, events, and other key locations. Develop targeted email campaigns, maintain customer databases, and analyse marketing performance to improve results. Build partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and community groups, while providing customer support and coordinating with operations for smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

Min 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, preferably involving both digital and offline channels. Strong skills in online advertising, content creation, and social media management. Familiarity with website management (WordPress preferred) and basic coding knowledge is an advantage. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
