Job Description

• Support in the channel platforms in development and implementation of marketing
• collaterals to drive sales revenue for Consumer Sales teams. This includes traditional media
• buy (E.g. Radio, OOH, ATL), digital media buy (Facebook, LinkedIn), events, driving awareness
• to branch and roadshow locations.
• Partner with agencies to generate traffic, conversions and achieve revenue and ROI targets.
• Ability to work with cross-channel teams on projects:
  • Great team player who is able to work closely with the Marketing team to provide support which included managing project timelines, internal and external enquiries, and supporting in post-campaign reporting.
  • Work closely with the Product Division to understand Business needs, project requirements, and support in the development and implementation of marketing collaterals for consumer sales.
  • Work with Consumer Sales Channels to understand the gaps and improve on marketing initiatives, with the eventual goal to improve conversion to sale.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess with at least 3 years of experience in a marketing and/or campaign management.
• Experience in managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, including creative, events, media and print.
• Experience working with stakeholders in the labour movement or social enterprises setting would be useful.
• Meticulous with strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer centric communications.
• Great team player with a passion to drive results and efficiency.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision would be an added benefit to the success of this role.
• Preferably able to start immediate.
