Job Description
- Working days: 5 days (Wednesday WFH)
- Working timing: Flexible working hours from 7am to 10am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm (To clock 42.5hours/week.)
- Salary: Up to $2,800
- Location: Pandan Road [Clementi MRT]
- Coordination with internal departments to collate all required information for tenders.
- Take Minutes of Meeting, coordinate with clients and accounts on tenders and invoicing.
- Able to format and revise commercial proposals promptly.
- Update reports and trackers.
- Maintain folders and updated information in shared folders and files.
- Provides full administration and tendering support to the marketing team.
- Requires basic communication with the end clients.
- Relevant working experiences
