Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at BeautyFresh Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in driving the marketing and brand strategy for our range of beauty products. Top-notch customer service skills are a must. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales across multiple channels

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products and service. Manage social media platforms, content creation, postings and engagement. Analysing marketing data and campaign performance to optimise our strategy and tactics. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Ensure all marketing functions are align and campaign are roll out promptly. Manage company's online social media accounts, social media marketing, online website platform. Ad-hoc product shoot, lifestyle shoot, and editing of final artwork for website. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, email and analytics Excellent project management and organisation skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines A collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work cross-functionally Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry with a keen understanding of consumer trends

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
