Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing German MNC, with their regional distribution HQ in Singapore taking care of the SEA region, and they are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their team!

Location: West | 5 mins walking distance to MRT
Working Arrangement: 4 days WFH per month | Flexi working hours (8:15am to 4:30/5pm)

The Job:

• Responsible for marketing communications within the Asia region
• Coordinate with HQ team on marketing communication related matters
• Responsible for the coordination and modifications of marketing collaterals, product brochures, packaging design and sourcing of corporate gifts
• Assist in coordinating exhibitions, internal and external trainings as well as customer events
• Assist in the preparation of internal communications, news release or media publicity
• Assist in writing articles for newsletters, promotions and email direct marketing
• Assist in the development and posting of product and marketing related information on websites, relevant social media and e-commerce platforms
• Support in retrieving insights and results from digital marketing programs and initiatives
• Support in regional marketing programs and projects relevant to marketing communications
• Support in organizing and updating internal training & sales support materials

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of English language
• Proficiency in another Asian language will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in graphic design and layout
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience in event / exhibition management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in production of video content will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, HTML5 and experience in web design will be an advantage
• Interest in how grinding and cutting tools works will be an advantage
