Job Description
We are partnering with our client in the Real Estate Industry that is currently seeking for a Marketing Executive to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team in executing marketing events to enhance outreach to prospects and agents eg. networking activities, site tours and trade exhibitions
- Assist to liaise with advertising agencies and vendors on offline marketing
- Manage listings and ads on various third-party platforms to increase visibility
- Work closely with the Leasing team and agencies to produce/update library of marketing assets for agents and prospects.
- Assist in creating and sending of monthly eDMs.
- Update databases and eDMs subscriptions through the CRM system to improve database quality for direct marketing
- Handle and qualify leads generated from various digital platforms
- Collation of monthly Marketing reports
- Perform administrative duties such as creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices.
- Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing related.
- Possess knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, video editing software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
