Marketing Executive (Client Accounts & Social Media Management)

Full-Time | Hybrid| $3,500 - $4,000/month


Work Days: Monday - Friday


Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are expanding our client success team and seeking a Marketing Executive who enjoys managing client relationships and coordinating impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Understand client objectives and ensure deliverables are aligned with campaign goals Set up and attend client meetings, prepare reports, and track performance updates

Social Media Management

Plan monthly content calendars and scheduling for IG, FB, TikTok & LinkedIn Work with designers and content team to deliver assets on time and within guidelines Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and optimize content performance

Operational Support

Coordinate internal workflows with creative and paid media teams Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy Ensure timely execution of campaigns and reporting cycles

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field Experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools (advantageous) Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
