Job Scope
- Manage Social Media, WhatsApp and Emails pertaining to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure that customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries are responded within 24 hours turnaround time during working days.
- Identify and propose new creative ways to utilize social media and website to strengthen marketing, sales and customer engagements.
- Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a growing customer base, ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times.
- Identify trends and insights from different regions and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties in digital marketing activities.
- Assist with planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns.
- Coordinate, analyze and validate marketing data.
- Assist in digital projects as required from time to time.
- Support company activities, marketing events/strategies, and any other ad-hoc tasks including administrative duties within the marketing scope of work
- Contribute to digital marketing effectiveness by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Communicate and work closely with Product Marketing and Event & Training team.
- Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in Digital Marketing
