Optimise opportunities with third party food delivery platforms like GrabFood, GrabMart, Deliveroo, Foodpanda.
Be data-driven through analytics to stay organised, monitor product sales changes, and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party agencies or influencers to plan campaigns and drive sales.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital best practices, policies on pricing and promotions, media assets, and inventory management.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across digital platforms including ecommerce, CRM, and O2O customer touch points.
Develop marketing campaigns across offline, online and social media platforms to increase awareness leading to foot traffic and customer satisfaction, and other promotions and sales revenue of the company.
Having the ability to multi-task, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Creative thinking is essential.
Experience in F&B, hospitality and FMCG is an advantage.
