Adecco is partnering with a famous US lens care & pharmaceuticals brand

Opportunity to be part of the marketing team in the strategic planning to drive the business

Working Location: Central

The Talent

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG industry preferred

Proficient in MS Office

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Positive working attitude, with initiative and taking ownership of assignments and able to multi-task

Able to work with a good sense of urgency

Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines

The Job

Marketing support to all marketing-related efforts

Marketing operations, logistics and paperwork administration, including tracking and reconciliation of A&P expenditures, marketing inventories (e.g.POS materials, solution merchandising stands)

All process documentation requirements as required by Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Legal and Compliance Affairs Teams/policies, and under GDPMDS

Support all marketing efforts from planning and development to execution of all marketing-related activities, including event management, promotions and product launches.

Prepare and submit all documentation required under GDPMDs, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance policies

Design and development of all marketing and promotional materials

Attend to all consumer enquiries, complaints/feedback from multiple channels

Track and reconcile the A&P budget and marketing inventory/materials

Continuously track and monitor competitive activities

Timely submission/update of reports/competitive price list
