OVERALL JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES Role & Responsibilities The Marketing Executive/Manager achieves set business objectives through product portfolio planning & management, developing & executing strategic marketing plans & campaigns to drive both top line and bottom-line growth for the organization and individual product lines. Specific tasks include
Keeping abreast of market trends & environment
Coordinate with Product Development team on new product launches and campaigns.
Develop product/packaging/ branding design and marketing campaigns for existing and new product launches.
Ensure consistent communication of corporate and product positioning and core messages with regular training of company staff.
Coordinating & execution of marketing strategies/ activities & online and offline events.
Branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Generating new businesses; planning & organizing marketing events & activities for customers\xe2\x80\x99 acquisition, retention & growth.
Work closely across departments to ensure alignment and development of efficient and effective processes in line with business objectives, coordinating business process improvement with internal stakeholders.
Lead interface for sales with marketing, production, quality, logistics and other internal functions to ensure timely fulfilment of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, finance, business administration and related field, with at least 2 years of experience in product and/or marketing management.
Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant marketing experience can be considered.
Ability to read and understand scientific publications is a basic requisite.
