Marketing Executive - F&B BrandsWe are looking for someone who is creative, thinks out of the box and possess high initiative. You will have full ownership of projects and develop marketing strategies to propose to the Management. Have a meaningful impact and be part of a fun-loving and youthful Management Team Passionate about F&B. Understand how to market for our various F&B brands.Job Scope:

• Grow the social media community (IG, FB &Tiktok)
• Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Implement a multi-channel marketing strategy
• Grow online marketing partners (digital publications or influencers)
• Create and execute highly-engaging, cross-platform social media & marketing campaigns (design, call to action and content)
• Identify and reach out to influencers to share and engage in a meaningful way (ambassadors program)
• Identify social media trends and produce photo and video content.
• Curate and/or manage content - copywriting & design. Handle content schedule and posting of content
• Liase with Graphic Designer and PR agency (when required)
• Simple research work
• Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• At least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Public Relation or equivalents.
• Familiar with Facebook & Instagram marketing. Knows how to use various marketing tools, Google Buiness suites etc. Preferably with a good understanding of the F&B and bubble tea industry.
• Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and or other editing tools.
• Social media analytics and ads experience is preferred. Social media management and community managers preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong written English.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Graphic design skills will be a bonus
• Photography skills will be a bonus
