About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, event coordination, and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in planning and executing marketing events, while also handling video recording and editing to enhance the company's brand and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and investor engagement sessions.

- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure smooth event delivery.

- Develop post-event reports and feedback summaries to support continuous improvement.

Video Production & Editing

- Capture and edit high-quality video content for marketing, recruitment, and social media campaigns.

- Develop engaging promotional videos, event recaps, and interviews aligned with brand messaging.

- Manage basic photography and video equipment, ensuring optimal setup and execution.

Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the team on campaign ideation and content creation across digital platforms.

- Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns.

Ensure all marketing content maintains a consistent tone, visual style, and brand identity.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.

- Prior experience in event planning and/or video production is preferred.

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and storytelling.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
