Marketing Executive (group)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the marketing needs of two lifestyle brands under The Florte Group -- a floral studio, event space and a cafe. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 year of marketing experience who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a brand that values quality, storytelling, and meaningful engagement.





Key Responsibilities:



1. Social Media & Content


Manage IG, TikTok, Facebook, and ??? accounts. Draft posts, reels, and captions in English/Mandarin where relevant. Run community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and encourage UGC. Maintain a content calendar, updated weekly for Director approval.

2. Analytics & Reporting


Track performance across all platforms, PR outcomes, and events. Consolidate weekly/monthly reports directly to Director. Provide recommendations for campaign/content improvements.


3. Partnerships & Merchandising


Research and propose small brands, lifestyle brands, and artisan vendors for Maison Garden's retail displays. Coordinate with suppliers on merchandising collaborations. Support execution of retail activations tied to merchandising.


4. Event Marketing & Outreach


Execute teasers, countdowns, and event coverage (live social, BTS). Manage outreach to overseas/local florists for flea markets, guest workshops, and special appearances. Coordinate logistics for collaborations and guest florists. Support charity/community events with content and outreach.


5. ??? Execution


Post regular content Min 3times a week (space, workshops, floral features, F&B). Engage in trending hashtags, track analytics, and repurpose UGC. Build relationships with ??? community users.


6. Manage paid ads campaigns (IG & FB)


Lead SEO content & SEM ads with IT support team Run CRM & newsletters (eDMs, loyalty comms, retention). Own automation & marketing tech tools (analytics dashboards, loyalty tracking). Handle event sponsorship marketing (brand booths, wedding show, tie-ins).


Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media coordination Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok content tools, and Canva or Adobe Good writing skills with a flair for storytelling and lifestyle/luxury branding Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage timelines across two brands Positive attitude and strong eye for aesthetics and detail

Bonus Points:



Experience in photography, basic video editing, or short-form content creation Exposure to e-commerce platforms e.g. Shopify or POS systems * Passion for flowers, food, design, or wellness
