Our Client:
Our client is a Singapore-headquartered Fintech company, specialising in providing Financial Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. These solutions include trading, payment, and remittance of assets, as well as blockchain integration services. These solutions can be delivered in the form of cloud-based, on-premises, or a hybrid infrastructure.

The Responsibilities:
This position will report to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Copywriting for marketing collaterals (brochures, letters, emails, and websites, etc.)
  • Brainstorming, planning, and publishing campaigns on social media channels
  • Creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns
  • Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as the Graphic Designer or BD team to plan and execute campaigns, events; and all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Support offline marketing campaigns such as video production and events
  • Managing of marketing budget, and to report an accurate summary of total spendings and overview at the end of each marketing campaign on social media channels
  • Measuring and reporting metrics on weekly or monthly basis
  • Providing comprehensive understanding and execution of SEO tactics
  • Perform market research and analysis to attain insights on customers, competitors, and upcoming trends.
The Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 3 years of Marketing experience
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Knowledge and familiarity with financial information and industry are preferred
  • Strong English language, in both verbal and written to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking clients
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies; and managing campaign budgets
  • Well-versed in research and analytical skills; able to autonomously propose and conduct customer analysis
  • A self-starter with the ability to think on your feet, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passionate about the market and industry, able to spot trends, with strong executive ability
  • Works well in both team and independent environment
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask and prioritize your workload
  • Familiarity with B2C & B2B advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Experience in design tools such as Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience in carrying out successful social media campaigns would be an asset
