The candidate will focus on improving visibility and outreach of the ECCI brand and its products and services among the target audience in the Philippines - primarily professionals and enterprises and support achieving desired performance levels.This shall entail marketing of knowledge sharing (learning) and product promotional events (currently virtual/webinars), establishing and nurturing relationships with local partners such as industry associations and maintaining existing technology partnerships.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively engage and develop event-based marketing plan for select products and partnership
  • Conduct pre-event planning and coordination meetings with partners
  • Create copies for promotional materials, collaborate with creatives to produce designs across formats geared towards brand awareness, partnerships and event promotion.
  • Support email and social media promotion of events
  • Keep track of existing organizational memberships and related events on a regular basis
  • Partner with the sales team to analyze expectations, target audience and develop strategies for outreach
  • Work closely with the internal managers to ensure successful collaboration & intended results
  • Responsible for post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis, and producing reports for event stakeholders)
Expectations
  • Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Comm., Marketing, or any related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in the field of marketing, brand management and/or events management
  • Creative in ideating campaigns, marketing concepts and content
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in working with suppliers/service providers
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment and applies critical thinking
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic to engage with different stakeholders
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (is a PLUS)
  • Able and equipped to work remotely
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Proactively escalate and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience working directly with customers
