Job Description

- Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or AV systems in the Singapore office.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log and report operational faults, and resolve them promptly to minimize system downtime.
- Provide logistical support for events, including recording, editing, and publishing in accordance with time-sensitive requirements.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office.
- Understanding of Audio Visual systems, show lighting systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with operating various audio, video applications, and room AV systems is advantageous.
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering Multimedia / Art / Creative
- 1-2 years of Multimedia Support in school, international school AV system
