The Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Puig Southeast Asia team (local markets) focusing on Niche Fragrances Portfolio across 6 markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam Indonesia and Bangladesh). In this role, you will assist the Marketing Brand Manager to set and implement Marketing Strategy and Plans for Niche Fragrance brands (Penhaligon\xe2\x80\x99s and L\xe2\x80\x99Artidsan Parfumeur) to accomplish objectives in terms of image, market share and brand building exercise. On an adhoc basis you will also support the Marketing Manager with Christian Louboutin Beauty for Japan market. This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands-on approach. What you\xc2\xb4ll get to do: Marketing Strategy:

  • Support in the implementation of marketing plans for assigned brands
  • Ensure the correct communication and alignment between distributors and regional team to maximize brand expression
  • Track and report on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 initiatives, activities and monitoring on KPI\xe2\x80\x99s vs objectives
  • Collect pre-launch and post launch feedback data for Brand Managers to complete evaluations and reports to HQ
Forecasting
  • Catalogue assignment in the portal whenever needed
  • To input forecast into CPS poral for new launches, EM and promotional items. Ensure that data input vs markets are accurate.
  • Update OCD (On Counter Date) in CPS portal based on updated Marketing Calendar
  • Maintain and keep up to date the Assortment file
Digital & Media Management
  • Evangelize, socialize and follow-up the e-tailing guidelines with markets
  • Support brand manager in building influence strategy: Profile casting, tracking seeding, analysis of paid KOL campaign performance on Lefty platform
  • Track and monitor the e-tailing presence and visibility in each market and follow up on the updates
  • Support the delivery of marketing materials and content to Starcom for all paid media campaigns
  • Monitor performance to put thought Post Mortem analysis in order to learn from what\xe2\x80\x99s done, evaluate and rethink the plan put in place for every execution
Public Relations
  • Adapt communication guidelines and toolkits for markets\xe2\x80\x99 local implementations (KOL activation, PR Events, Press Releases, etc.) in collaboration with Regional team
  • Coordinate and support local executions with distributor and agency for all events related
  • Manage and archive all public relations materials from the Brand Team/Regional Team
  • Collate PR clippings and reports from the markets (through the Distributors\xe2\x80\x99 Brand Managers) on a quarterly basis and work on press clippings evaluation
Pricing Support
  • Coordinate and support Retail Price Survey with distributor
  • Update Regional Retail price index and master price list for both Prestige and Beauty Brands
  • Update Pricing Portal
  • Update POSM prices
Inventory Management
  • Manage office inventory (i.e. organizing incoming new launch products, clearance of obsolete items)
  • Help to coordinate on the shipping of products / mockups / lab samples to markets and brand
CLB Support (Japan)
  • Support with all operational requests: translations, missing assets or guidelines, e-tailing questions, Special EM, shipment of lab samples or pre-series
We\xc2\xb4d love to meet you if you have:
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a Marketing related position from the luxury ,beauty or FMCG industry
  • Degree qualified in Marketing/Business Administration
  • Fluent in written and conversational English.
  • General knowledge of cosmetics & luxury industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and highly motivated to achieve optimum results.
  • Team player who is able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable to work in multinational environment.
  • Self-starter, result oriented and resourceful
  • Agile and resilient to changes and tight timelines
  • Attention to detail and be able to manage time efficiently.
  • Creative and remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
