• Manage and execute CRM marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Write and distribute press releases to build company visibility and authority.
• Strategize and manage initiatives to obtain awards and industry accreditations.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to expand brand reach and collaboration opportunities.
• Lead branding efforts across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Design and implement promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Oversee SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SMA (Social Media Advertising) efforts for targeted reach.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, particularly focused on significant lead generation increases.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in CRM management and campaign optimization.
• Experience with press release creation and media distribution.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring industry awards and accreditations.
• Expertise in partnership marketing and management.
• Solid branding experience with creative and strategic thinking.
• Strong knowledge of SEM and SMA strategies.
