Join us and discover just how far you can go!Role IntroductionTo support the Regional Marketing Manager and coordinate with local markets and agencies to adapt regional and Head Office material for effective local use.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation and Campaigns
Support in adapting Head Office campaigns to be effective in the local market
Support the effectiveness of local campaigns by checking local language and cultural considerations
Leverage local contacts, insights and opportunities to drive additional revenue, develop new fare products, and segments
Promote ancillary features to assist in revenue generation
Partnerships
Work with agencies to deliver and execute marketing campaigns as required
Brief local agencies to deliver campaign concepts through to production, execution and result evaluation as required
Assist in devising partnerships aligned with global partnerships strategy to promote fares and ancillary revenue
Insights Gathering, Reporting and Collateral
Provide the regional team with insights into regional monthly competitive intelligence on major news
Raise local marketing collateral requirements to the Regional Head
Ensure stock and orders of collateral is maintained to appropriate levels
Agency Management
Assist to prepare marketing briefs for local marketing materials / needs
Loyalty
Devise and execute regional membership recruitment campaigns (Marco Polo, Asia Miles, Registered Users) aligned with Head Office initiatives
E&A
Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required
RequirementsAcademic Qualifications
High school graduation
Certification in a Marketing field is an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
Fluent in spoken and written English and local language (if applicable)
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, ensuring speed to market whilst maintaining quality of work
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Communications style is naturally aligned with Cathay Pacific's style
