Roles & Responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the sales and marketing processes including managing of agencies and events
• Facilitate the processing of agent / student application forms and improvement of internal processes
• Work with external vendors and student recruitment agencies daily
• Assist in conceptualizing of visuals, producing basic designs and amendment to existing artwork
• Monitor market trends, gain insights on industry and competitors’ activities, to identify opportunities and key challenges
• Assist in writing and editing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, social media, website material etc.)
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Assist in day-to-day marketing activities via digital & traditional media
• oversee and organize events
• Assist in planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• To assist the Sales & Marketing department in any other areas required

• Diploma or above, background in mass communications or marketing, education field will be advantageous
• Familiar with social media marketing on different social media platforms and search engine advertising to drive brand and product awareness
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Familiar with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Responsible and responsive – must have a great sense of responsibility towards work and be quick in responding to work queries and requests from supervisor
• Good command of Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
