Job Description
You will be supporting the Marketing Assistant Manager in driving marketing strategies, implementing of campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales for our malls.
Assist the team in planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs) Plan and gather tenants' participation for joint collaborations event. Work closely with Leasing department in the lease renewal for concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space. Assist in developing presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online. Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation. Makes recommendations on best practices within chain Assist in monthly report consolidation Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Canva Detail-oriented with a strong desire to be successful Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressure situations Must possess a strong work ethic as well as a dedicated and positive attitude Excellent communication skills Able to work independently
