Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Planning and executing engaging marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements. Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers/agencies to develop compelling content and communication materials, ensuring coherent and consistent brand messaging. Engaging with internal/ external stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and building lasting relationships. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration in Singapore and Malaysia. Plan, organize, and execute events and exhibitions from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our brand's image and goals. Providing support for special projects and initiatives as needed, and handling other tasks assigned by the management team. Management of marketing budget for marketing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in marketing communications, event planning, and execution. Strong creative skills with experience in designing marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
