Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join the customer and marketing department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platform and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and events
- Manage website updates and follow up with enquiries
- Create marketing collaterals, such as brochures, videos, and presentations
- Manage and support customer visits
- Plan, manage and support marketing events
- Maintain and update CRM database, and administer annual surveys
- Support the Head of Marketing in other projects & tasks
- Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years marketing experience or relevant experience
- Proficent in Mircosoft Office and Canva
- Knowledge of Pardot email marketing platform a bonus
- Possess positive mindset, has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
