Support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
Manage and update the organisation's website, including planning and implementing related projects
Respond to and troubleshoot website issues in a timely manner
Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and outdated information
Create website content aligned with the organisation's brand and goals
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the digital user experience
Public Relations & Event Marketing
Prepare marketing collaterals for events (e.g., brochures, EDMs, advertisements)
Plan and execute branding campaigns such as roadshows, live events, and pop-up activations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging
E-commerce & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimise SEO/SEM strategies
Maintain and enhance e-commerce platforms (e.g., landing pages, Shopee store, etc.)
Develop, manage, and execute paid campaign strategies across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications/Digital Marketing/Videography, with at least one year of relevant working experience
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software)
Fundamental understanding of SEO and SEM
Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
