, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Noble Surfaces' brand presence through strategic marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital performance tracking. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to inspire designers and homeowners with beautiful, natural finishes while generating meaningful leads and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies that drive

brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

. Manage and optimize

digital marketing efforts

, including social media, and email campaigns. Monitor

market trends

, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaigns. Collaborate closely with

sales, design, and operations teams

to create cohesive messaging and promotions. Assign enquiries accordingly to respective sales person. Track and analyze

key performance indicators (KPIs)

to measure campaign effectiveness and guide future initiatives. Assist in developing marketing collateral, video content, case studies, and client-facing materials.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Minimum

2-4 years

of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B/B2C lifestyle, design, or product industries. Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools (customized), and SEO platforms

. Strong

written and visual communication skills

. Experience managing

social media platforms and paid digital ads

. Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

Familiarity with the

interior design, architecture, or building materials

industry. Basic graphic design or content creation capabilities (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). A curious and adaptable mindset with a passion for design and aesthetics.
