Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Executive will be involved in Marketing programs in the Oil & Gas Industry. This may include strategy development, program implementation and evaluation, and budgetary control in areas of advertising, sales promotions, public relations, events and direct marketing to create a strong and unified turnkey solution provider that stands out from the competition.
Responsibilities
Maintaining Social Media accounts Developing Marketing Materials such as brochures, posters, video and website content Managing the copy-editing and artwork design requests Organizing internal and external events Identifying press opportunities and developing content to be disseminated via social media, websites, newsletters, press releases and any other distribution channels Managing Group crisis communications Supporting the departments in the production of reports such as the Sustainability and Annual reports Maintaining the company's website and managing SEO data analytics Maintaining the internal documentation such as reports, brochures, databases and photo gallery Managing corporate gifts stock control and inventory Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to foster a strong, trusting relationship Other Ad-Hoc missions as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Requirements & Professional Skills
Possesses at least a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration At least 3 years of relevant working experience Possess excellent verbal and communication skills with good interpersonal skills Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft applications Fast and independent with strong organizational skills * Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign,
Illustrator is a must
