Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Manage and update company social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as posts, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
Support sales team with promotional materials and lead generation activities.
Coordinate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Create & distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Work closely with designers, external vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals.
Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and ensure accurate records for campaigns.
Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and preparing monthly marketing reports.
Assist with additional tasks or projects as required by the management team.
Flexibility to handle other duties as assigned by supervisors/management.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years of working experience in the Marketing field.
Well-versed with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop.
Must be fluent in English and Chinese, which also include to read and write.
Disciplined, organized, and confident to work with different cultures.
Good understanding of fashion and retail industry will be more advantage.
