Design and produce event-related marketing materials, including banners, backdrops, event programs, and promotional items.
Support the coordination and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Manage logistical arrangements for both internal and external events, such as venue booking, vendor coordination, participant communications, and on-site support.
Assist in post-event activities, including feedback collection and reporting, to drive continuous improvement in future events.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and understand customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and execute local marketing plans in alignment with global branding and communication guidelines.
Contribute to the creation and localization of marketing materials--brochures, presentations, videos, and newsletters--ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Maintain and update the company's digital channels, including website content and social media platforms, in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Support integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media to promote the company's products, services, and capabilities.
Create and manage internal communication content, such as employee newsletters, company announcements, and promotional materials for internal events.
Oversee administrative tasks including invoice processing, purchase orders, expense submissions, and coordination of internal requests.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or corporate communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Creative, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions
