Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs
Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams
Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing
Minimum 2-3 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill
Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing
* Agency experience preferred
