Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, display and content marketing). Manage and grow the company's online presence through engaging content and targeted campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports. Collaborate with design, sales and product teams to create impactful marketing materials. Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI. Track and improve SEO rankings through on-page and off-page strategies. Support brand consistency and ensure all campaigns align with the company's voice and objectives. Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms and content marketing strategies. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or other digital tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
