Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, outspoken Marketing Executive who brings fresh ideas and is happy to speak up. You'll support multi-channel campaigns, social content, KOL partnerships and retail activations that grow brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing social media accounts (FB, IG & TikTok) and actively engage with followers to build brand loyalty. Coordinate with design teams to create promotional materials, launch banners, in-store display, and other marketing assets. Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet business objectives including roadshows, trade shows, or in-store activations. Coordinate with VM team to maintain and enhance store displays Identify, evaluate and onboard KOLs/influencers; coordinate product seeding programs to generate reviews and testimonials. Explore and manage co-marketing partnerships with complementary brands.

Key Skills & Competencies

Outspoken, confident and comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Genuine interest in creating social media content (copy, short-form video ideas, basic shoots). Takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision. Basic graphic design/content creation skills (Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Excellent organization and attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

At least Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
