You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
As part of this role, you will also
manage hotline numbers and handle customer enquiries (including after office hours)
, ensuring that our clients and customers always receive timely support.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Manage social media accounts, monitor performance, and respond to community interactions.
Develop and execute campaigns to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling multimedia content.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Support broader marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, events, and branding activities.
Manage hotline numbers and attend to customer enquiries after office hours
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
