Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team! This role offers you the opportunity to work on exciting livestream and UGC (user-generated content) projects, sharpen your skills, and play a key part in the success of our creative team.
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with livestream hosts in-store Developing product and pricing strategies in collaboration with buyers Coordinating product sponsorships, creator partnerships, and video quality vetting Monitoring performance to identify suitable products, live hosts, and creators for Challenger Building and training in-house livestream hosts in the long run Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, livestreaming, or e-commerce preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply) Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and livestream commerce), and user-generated content (UGC) Good coordination and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with livestream hosts, creators, and internal teams Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations Creative thinker with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality livestream and video content * Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail and digital marketing environment
