. This role plays a hands-on part in planning and executing campaigns that drive client engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
360 Marketing
Support marketing campaigns for new collections across offline and online channels.
Localize global initiatives for the Singapore market and assist with daily marketing operations.
CRM & Clienteling
Execute CRM campaigns and clienteling activities with retail teams.
Manage and maintain client databases and assets (invitations, gifts, newsletters).
Track campaign results and support VIP engagement events.
Events & Activations
Plan and execute press events, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
Mall Marketing
Liaise with mall partners for advertising opportunities and visibility.
Deliver campaign assets and monitor exposure across all channels.
Administration & Coordination
Work with agencies and vendors on logistics, samples, and finance tracking.
Prepare regular reports on marketing, CRM, and event performance.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in marketing, CRM, or events (luxury/fashion preferred).
Proficient in MS Office; basic Adobe skills a plus.
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for luxury fashion.
