Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote travel packages, destinations, and promotions.
Develop creative marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and EDMs.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, travel fairs, and promotional events.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) with engaging content and storytelling.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality travel content.
Analyze social media insights and campaign data to optimize performance.
Update website content, blog posts, and online listings regularly.
3. Branding & Partnerships
Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all channels.
Develop and manage partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
Assist in preparing marketing proposals and partnership decks.
4. Market Research & Performance Tracking
Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.
Support sales team with marketing collateral and lead generation activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (experience in the travel industry is an advantage).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics, etc.).
Creative mindset with good writing skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
