The company offers a variety of products including seasonings, frozen foods, processed foods, beverages, sweeteners and amino acids for the consumer market as well as the catering and food processing industries. Apart from its marketing and sales activities locally, the company also performs vital functions to support the Group's global operations, such as the procurement of flexible packaging materials, chemicals and raw materials, the provision of logistic solutions, and developing new businesses in the region.

Support and execute marketing strategies and action plans for assigned products
Assist in monitoring and managing marketing budgets
Research, analyses, and report on market, consumer, and customer trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Conduct post-campaign evaluations and develop improvement initiatives
Manage and execute marketing activities across digital platforms (e.g. social media, websites)
Collaborate with Sales teams to support new product listings, promotions, and BTL (below-the-line) in supermarket activities.
Support and conduct food tasting and sampling sessions (including preparation, such as pan-frying of frozen products, which may contain pork)
Coordinate with external marketing agencies, vendors, and collaborators
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. QA, Sales, Logistics) to ensure seamless and efficient execution of marketing initiatives
Liaise with suppliers for product development, imports and launches
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Regulations, including conducting regular checks
Maintain and update SOPs for QA-related processes
Identify, recommend, and implement business process improvements, customer engagement enhancements, and innovative techniques
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders such as suppliers, agents, and affiliates
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Digital Marketing, Food Technology, or related fields is preferred
- At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on marketing experience in the FMCG sector
Proficiency in modern marketing methods, including digital marketing, social media, and brand activation in FMCG
Knowledge and experience in Public Republic and communications activities
Experience in budget planning and expense management for marketing activities
Added advantage: experience in product development, collaborate with suppliers and regulatory checking
Added advantage: Those with strong interest in food, food culture and the food business
Strong ability to analyze and understand consumer and market needs, wants, and trends
Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns
Basic understanding of Singapore Food Regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and creative tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit in engaging both customers and colleagues
Compensation:
Working location: Central (2 to 3 minutes walk from MRT Station)
- Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
