1. Develops new marketing strategies


2. Plan for events and campaigns


3. Create advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials


4. Manage all digital marketing channels which includes social media posting, social media marketing and email marketing


5. Analyse customer behaviour through data analysis, provide insights and propose strategies for retention, re-engagement and brand improvement
