Job description

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker and possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. He/She is a self-motivated and goal-oriented team player, and is highly proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Activating online campaigns to increase sales Manage online customers and plan marketing campaigns Analyze sales data and statistics to provide customer relationship management Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers Help manage annual sales and marketing strategies and plans to ensure company objectives are met Monitor and generate regular report of progress and forecasts to ensure all sales and marketing activities are executed towards key objectives Perform competitive analysis to respond proactively to market situation Help assess product management in terms of inventory control, profit and loss Assist and support in management of key accounts Support all Company's sales and marketing activities Build and maintain good relationships and communication with internal and external customers

Qualifications

Minimum 'A' Levels Certificate or Diploma 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce and social media marketing Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analytics
