We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to independently lead and grow one of our brands within the Group.


You will plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies -- from social media and digital campaigns to offline activations and brand collaborations -- to boost visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

Take full ownership of one assigned brand's marketing direction and performance. Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, online and offline. Plan, create, and manage the brand's social media content calendar across key platforms. Develop creative content that enhances engagement, builds community, and strengthens brand identity. Execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) and analyse performance for optimisation. Monitor social media analytics and audience insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, festive promotions, and awareness initiatives. Manage both ATL and BTL advertising (digital, print, outdoor, and in-store). Coordinate with creative, operations, and design teams to produce on-brand visuals and marketing materials. Prepare and execute marketing collaterals, including EDMs, posters, brochures, and in-store displays. Propose, plan, and manage the marketing budget for the assigned brand, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. Track and analyse marketing data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to align marketing objectives and campaigns. Build and manage strategic partnerships with collaborators, influencers, and relevant brands to enhance visibility. Liaise with vendors, agencies, and media partners for campaign execution.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates with little or no prior experience are welcome to apply for an internship, where they will undergo our marketing and creative training programme. Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent role upon completion. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a brand's marketing portfolio from strategy to execution. Strong understanding of social media management, digital advertising, and content marketing. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
