Common Man Coffee Roasters (CMCR) is a cafe concept and coffee roaster established in Singapore in 2013, with the aim of championing speciality coffee throughout the region.CMCR is a part of Spa Esprit Group, a homegrown brand with a diverse portfolio spanning across beauty and F&B, including STRIP waxing, Browhaus, Drunken Farmer, Open Farm Community and many more. The group's emphasis on quality, value and innovation contributes to the success of CMCR.We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing APAC marketing department.Working closely with our dedicated F&B marketing team, you will be assisting with country marketing, campaign management, and growth initiatives. You'll get the chance to develop work experience in a creative F&B lifestyle company and get involved in exciting projects that have a meaningful impact.You are ready to inspire, challenge and educate our customers through storytelling and relationships communicated across all our channels.What You'll Do: . Support the local marketing team in all the marketing communications strategies for CMCR, and restaurant brands (Open Farm Community, Drunken Farmer, Bochinche, Noka by Tippling Club). Planning and supporting the team in the development, organisation and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns and events. Manage daily admin duties to facilitate marketing processes and brand communications. Collaborate with respective departments to enable the proper coordination. Execution of social media copywriting and photography (where necessary). Accountable for social media analytics reports and post mortems resulting in data-driven decision making, testing and learningWhat You Bring: . Minimum 1-2 years experience. Passion for developing content strategy and meaningful marketing campaigns. A good grasp of digital channels of communications. Driven and possess a positive attitude
