Reporting to: Marketing Manager Plan, manage and execute marketing plans of in-store promotions and CRM campaigns and track effectiveness of campaigns Handle and manage 3rd party online delivery platforms Handle and manage enquiries and feedbacks via various channels Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing needs Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels Manage marketing inventory for communication materials Any other ad-hoc duties when requiredRequirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B industry Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft office applications Strong analytical skills Team player who is passionate and able to work independently
