Job Description
- Assist to plan, manage & execute promotional campaigns for eCommerce channels
- Drive promotional plans for online sales targets from all e-commerce channels
- Maintain product listings, images, campaigns, purchase orders, delivery fulfilment, payments, refunds, customer service and enquiries on all eCommerce platforms
- Maintain inventory and stocks in all eCommerce platforms
- Maintain consistency of products details in all eCommerce platforms and official website
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all e-commerce platform partners
- Align brand objectives and improve website and e-commerce conversions
- Create & design product collaterals for own website & online platforms.
