Drive and execute all campaign and marketing initiatives across the entire customer funnel, from awareness to conversion to retention, with the key KPI of driving revenue and engagement.
Study and analyze business and market trends, competitors, consumer behavior and revenue drivers and translate them into feasible marketing plan that generate revenue for the business.
Track results and measure the performance and effectiveness of the promotions and campaign to proactively identify opportunities for revenue/engagement optimisation.
Responsible for the development and execution of ATL and BTL campaigns for new product launches, public relations activities and event management of the company business.
Assist in planning & executing events and photoshoots where necessary.
Assist to manage SEM & Google Shopping Ads.
Working closely with agencies to provide effective communication strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to develop tactical consumer promotions, POSM creation to drive sales performance.
Work closely with Visual Merchandisers and Graphic Designers to ensure in-store contents are aligned with marketing and promotional plans.
Manage and allocate budget accurately.
Social Media
Increase our social media followership and engagement and improve overall presence.
Manage and oversee the execution of our social media strategies and campaigns across all major channels such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Plan topline content for campaigns and drive brand engagement on social media.
Measure and analyze social media activity with data-driven insights.
Work closely with cross-functional agencies to develop and optimize social media, marketing and PR strategies with Influencers, brand ambassadors and celebrity collaborators.
Public Relations
Coordinate press/ Influencer send outs (PR kits).
Work closely with PR agency to strategize, create and execute events and campaigns with media and influencers.
Analyse media coverage & social media buzz
Partnerships/Collaboration
Manage and drive external partnerships - plan, support and liaise with external partners for collaborations and promotions to attain maximum brand exposure, leads and sales.
Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms and creatives that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Digital Media or other related field.
Min 2 years experience in marketing or a similar position.
Meticulous, with an eye for detail
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors
Good understanding of Above and Below the Line Marketing that includes TV/Radio Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Retail Marketing,
Experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of design software (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-starter with pride in personal & company performance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
