As an established importer and distributor of top-quality industrial supplies worldwide from diversified sources, Sing Brothers Hardware Pte Ltd have been serving the building, construction, marine and offshore sectors for more than 38 years.Job SummaryWe are looking for a candidate to assist in marketing and admin duties for the WD-40 brand in Singapore. Responsibilities include social media content development, managing of E-commerce channels and other administrative work (e.g., preparation of reports). You will be working closely with the sales & marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to grow the brand.Day-to-Day responsibilities:

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, supporting marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
• Play a significant role in the creation, development and execution of marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital and channel marketing activities with sales & marketing team for promotions, new product launches etc.
• Manage reporting and budget tracking for marketing campaigns.
• Support the day-to-day marketing and operations for social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, E-store).
• Assist in various logistical arrangements internally (clients) and externally (third-party vendors/ suppliers).
• Other responsibilities include providing administrative support to the sales & marketing team (e.g. writing meeting minutes, data entry, managing logistics & inventory etc).Your background:
• Experience with design software (Photoshop/ Illustrator), Social Media Marketing and e-commerce is advantageous.
• Familiar with the entire marketing mix - good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels for brand activation.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, landscape, technologies and trends.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in various marketing roles.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• At least a diploma in marketing/ related discipline.
• Able to work independently but also a team player.
