Organize marketing activities and promotional events for Service & Solution Business
Manage Ecommerce page, prepare performance reports and propose new strategies to stimulate growth
Analyze Warranty Data and prepare quarterly reports
CRM / Database marketing, prepare monthly newsletter and track performance
Social Listening & Promote customer review
Conduct periodic market research and prepare actionable reports
Liaise with internal and external partners to align and execute campaigns effectively
Stay abreast of the latest industry news, trends and innovations
Take on any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirement

Recognised Degree in Business from a recognized university, majoring in Marketing
Possess at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing
Creative with an eye for design
Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favourably
